The Pitbull X-series combines a lifting capacity of up to 1,550 kg with a standard width of just 1,375 mm and a machine weight starting at 2,400 kg. This means the X24, X27 and X28 offer a lot of lifting power in a compact and manoeuvrable format.

How much can the Pitbull X-series lift?

Depending on the model, the Pitbull X-series offers a lifting capacity of 1,070 to 1,550 kg. The X24-26V starts at 1,070 kg, while the X28-45CRT can lift up to 1,550 kg. For even greater lifting capacity, we offer the XS version, which can lift up to 1,800 kg. This means there is a suitable version for different tasks and capacity requirements.

How compact is the Pitbull X-series?

On standard tyres, the X24, X27 and X28 Gen 2 are just 1,375 mm wide and 3,250 mm long without a bucket. Machine weight ranges from 2,400 to 2,800 kg. This means the X-series combines a high lifting capacity with compact overall dimensions.

Even the X28-45CRT remains 1,375 mm wide on standard tyres, while this machine lifts up to 1,550 kg. This makes the Pitbull suitable for locations where a lot of capacity is needed but available space is limited, such as barns, yards, industrial halls and narrow passageways.

Why does a Pitbull stay stable while lifting?

A high lifting capacity is only valuable if the machine can also move the load stably. That’s why Pitbull combines a fixed central pivot point with an oscillating rear axle.

With a traditional oscillating pivot point, the centre of gravity can shift while steering. With Pitbull, the central pivot point stays fixed, while the oscillating rear axle follows uneven ground. This construction contributes to maximum stability while driving, steering and lifting.

As a result, the operator benefits not only from good figures on paper, but above all from control and confidence during daily work.

Reliable Kubota engines with 26 or 45 hp

The diesel models are equipped with the proven Kubota V1505 engine, available with 26 or 45 hp. The 26 hp version is a practical choice for a wide range of daily tasks. For work that requires more engine and hydraulic power, the 45 hp version offers extra capacity.

This allows the user to choose an engine that matches the work at hand, without compromising on the machine’s compact dimensions.

Powerful Linde transmission at 450 bar

Engine power is converted into controlled traction via a powerful hydrostatic Linde transmission at 450 bar. The hydrostatic drive enables precise, infinitely variable driving. This is important when loading, manoeuvring and working with attachments.

The combination of the Kubota engine and Linde transmission gives the Pitbull its powerful, direct-feeling character.

Standard 12-tonne Dana Spicer axles

Pitbull compact loaders come standard with generously sized 12-tonne Dana Spicer axles. These heavy-duty components are deliberately chosen for durability and reliable daily use.

This is typical of the Pitbull’s construction: compact on the outside, but built with components selected for serious work.
